We are seeking a skilled Marketing Representative to oversee our marketing initiatives. This role focuses on crafting and executing strategies to enhance the company's market visibility and establish a distinct voice that resonates. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's business activities.
  • Lead the marketing department, providing guidance and constructive feedback to team members.
  • Generate ideas for promotional events and organize them effectively.
  • Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotions and new product launches.
  • Monitor progress and prepare performance reports.
  • Create valuable content for the company's online presence, including editorial design and publications.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about trends and competitor activities.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources across various projects.
  • Act as the organization's representative to external parties, including media, stakeholders, and potential clients, while building strategic partnerships.

  • Deliver presentations to various audiences to educate them about the benefits of pain management solutions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with organizations and individuals involved in pain management.
  • Travel to potential provider offices to promote our services and assist with necessary documentation.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and personal auto insurance.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Representative or in a similar role.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Analytical and creative thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with current online marketing techniques and best practices.
  • Thorough understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends) and Google AdWords.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a strong aptitude for service.
  • Professional marketing qualifications (CIM) are a plus.
