Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Practice Manager to join our team at Seattle Children's Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, assessing, and enhancing the provision of patient care services within the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) on a 24/7 basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitor staffing plans, scheduling, and staff development to meet current and anticipated needs.
  • Maintain compliance with patient safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Director, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Medical Director, Physicians, and clinical staff to achieve continuous quality improvement, customer service, programmatic growth, and financial requirements.
  • Support the mission of Seattle Children's Hospital by delivering superior patient care, advancing new discoveries and treatments through pediatric research, and serving as the pediatric and adolescent academic medical center for Washington, Alaska, Montana, and Idaho.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • A Master's degree in Nursing may be substituted provided the incumbent also possesses a Bachelor's degree in another field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Current Washington State RN license.
  • National certification in a clinical specialty area must be obtained within three years of employment.
  • Current BLS for Healthcare providers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters Degree In Nursing.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $123,000 - $184,642 per year, based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors, including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
