Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse Manager - Wound Care Specialist is a key member of the Healogics, Inc. team, responsible for coordinating clinical activities at the Wound Care Center. This role requires a strong background in nursing, with a focus on wound care management and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care activities, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care plans.
  • Collaborate with the Program Director and Medical Director to achieve Wound Care Center quality indicators.
  • Provide clinical oversight to clinical staff, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Medical Assistants.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Engage in staff development, providing training and education to clinical staff.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers and key hospital personnel to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the Wound Care Center.
Requirements
  • Current RN license and Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
  • One year of experience as an RN, with two or more years preferred.
  • Prior supervisory experience and wound care certification preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Wound care certification and experience in wound care management.
  • Leadership skills and experience in staff development and training.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from $76,000 to $125,180 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
