Clinical Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team at MBI Health Services, LLC. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our behavioral health services, including supervision and evaluation of staff, development of treatment plans, and provision of therapeutic services to consumers.
Key Responsibilities- Supervision and Evaluation: Provide guidance and support to a team of clinical and non-clinical staff, including Care Coordinators and Community Support Workers.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for consumers, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
- Therapeutic Services: Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to consumers, utilizing evidence-based practices and MBI's clinical standards.
- Program Development: Assist in the development and implementation of new programs and services to address gaps in mental health and supportive services in the community.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the MBI leadership team, other departments, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve organizational goals.
- Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Licensure: Must be licensed in Washington DC as LPC, LICSW.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in mental and behavioral health, with 1-3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, time management, and organizational skills.
- Competitive Salary: Up to $85,000 per year.
