Client Relations Manager, Fleet Solutions

Position Overview
The Fleet Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for designated accounts, facilitating access to PetroCard's comprehensive range of products and fuel solutions tailored to customer requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of the fuel industry along with the company's offerings and capabilities. They will demonstrate the ability to generate value, provide insightful feedback, anticipate emerging opportunities, and respond proactively to market and industry shifts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with assigned sales representatives to support account growth and generate leads for new business.
2. Serve as a proactive liaison between the company and its clients to maximize the value of products and services offered.
3. Conduct ongoing proactive and reactive customer outreach to promote opportunities and resolve issues, ensuring positive account relationships.
4. Lead interactions with PetroCard's internal teams including Sales, Supply & Distribution, Finance, and Management to ensure operational efficiency and integrity.
5. Share current customer insights and market intelligence within the PetroCard organization.
6. Ensure all contracts are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with management policies, coordinating the drafting of new agreements.
7. Organize and document all communications and account information in the CRM and company intranet.
8. Expedite the resolution of customer issues and track progress within the CRM.
9. Provide regular updates and manage tasks related to assigned accounts.
10. Undertake special projects and reporting as required.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree with two or more years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge and experience in project planning, development, and evaluation with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask while exercising sound judgment.
- Proficiency in calculating figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages; ability to apply basic algebra concepts.
- Computer literacy with demonstrated experience in Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer or equivalent).
- Team player with effective cross-functional interaction skills at all organizational levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence.
- Customer service-oriented mindset for both internal and external clients.
- Industry knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven project management capabilities.
- Ability to lead initiatives and deliver results.
