Job Overview

The Compliance Operations Manager is tasked with overseeing the quality assurance of various business functions, enhancing client satisfaction, and effectively collaborating with Independent Contractors (IC). This role requires the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team across diverse environments, including industrial, commercial, medical, and retail sectors. The Compliance Operations Manager must demonstrate sound judgment in addressing client concerns and engaging relevant parties to fulfill client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The essential duties of this position include:

  • Fostering and maintaining effective working relationships with Independent Contractors (IC) and in-house staff by clearly communicating client priorities and collaborating on solutions.
  • Evaluating the scope of work to ensure quality standards are met for existing accounts while pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Engaging with the Facility Services Manager on a daily basis to address urgent issues, including providing a nightly summary through appropriate communication channels.
  • Recommending work assignments for IC, ensuring adherence to client expectations and company policies, and taking action when service level agreements are not met.
  • Overseeing inspections, managing customer feedback, addressing requests, and ensuring VIP clients receive the necessary attention.
  • Implementing company policies related to new client onboarding, customer complaints, and operational standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with client-specific policies and procedures, including the proper use of approved cleaning tools and equipment.
  • Performing additional duties as required.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience in the commercial cleaning industry.
  • A minimum of three years of management experience, including coaching, motivating, and leading teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to plan effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A commitment to innovation and continuous improvement in processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
Physical Requirements

The physical demands of this position include the ability to sit, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods, as well as the capability to lift up to 25 pounds.
