Job Overview

The Account Compliance Manager (Night Manager) plays a crucial role in overseeing the quality assurance of various business operations, enhancing client satisfaction, and effectively collaborating with Independent Contractors (IC). This position requires the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment across diverse settings such as industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, and retail facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture productive relationships with Independent Contractors (IC) and in-house staff by clearly communicating client priorities and collaborating to resolve issues.
  • Assess the scope of work to ensure quality assurance for each account, aiming to retain current clients and attract new business opportunities.
  • Engage with the Facility Services Manager on a daily basis to address urgent matters, including providing a nightly summary through appropriate communication channels.
  • Recommend assignments for Independent Contractors, ensuring adherence to client standards and company policies, and take necessary actions if service level agreements are not met.
  • Oversee inspections, manage customer complaints and requests, and ensure VIP clients receive the necessary attention.
  • Implement City Wide's operational policies, including the New-Start Policy, Customer Complaint Policy, and Four Star Policy.
  • Guarantee compliance with client policies and procedures, as well as the proper use of approved cleaning tools and equipment.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience in the commercial janitorial services sector is required.
  • A minimum of three years of management experience, including coaching, motivating, and leading teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications is necessary.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires the ability to perform various physical activities, including constant sitting, bending, standing, and walking, with the capability to lift up to 25 pounds.
