As a Solutions Architect (SA), you will play a pivotal role in establishing AWS End User Computing (EUC) as the leading solution in the market. Our AWS EUC services are designed to provide customers with the flexibility to adapt to their workforce's evolving needs.

With the capability to scale resources on-demand, customers can ensure their users have the necessary tools without the burden of managing infrastructure.

This position is highly technical, requiring an individual who can delve into intricate details, construct sophisticated AWS-optimized architectures, and assist customers in accelerating their AWS service adoption.


Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing the technical engagement and ensuring the success of specific implementation projects.
  • Engaging in discussions that range from intricate technical details with engineers to high-level briefings for executives.
  • Collaborating with other AWS solutions architects, partners, and professional services organizations to drive complex sales opportunities to successful closure.
  • Creating and migrating large-scale, impactful workloads on AWS.
  • Influencing technical teams and leveraging AWS expertise to make a significant impact on our customers.
  • Working closely with Public Sector SLG / EDU customers.
  • Educating, training, designing, and building cloud solutions for a diverse array of clients.
Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in deploying Amazon WorkSpaces, Amazon WorkSpaces Core, Amazon WorkSpaces Web, Amazon AppStream 2.0, and Amazon WorkSpaces Thin Client.
  • Educate clients on the advantages of AWS and engage in detailed architectural discussions to ensure successful cloud deployments.
  • Conduct training sessions to share knowledge with customers considering or currently utilizing AWS.
  • Capture and disseminate best practices within the AWS solutions architect community.
  • Build strong relationships with senior technical personnel within customer organizations to empower them as cloud advocates.
  • Act as a technical liaison among customers, partners, service engineering teams, and support.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4+ years of customer-facing experience with virtualized desktops (VDI).
  • 4+ years of technical presales experience in end-user computing and related services, or experience in provisioning, migrating, and managing end-user computing technologies.
  • 4+ years of experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, systems management, and storage.
  • 4+ years of experience with Microsoft infrastructure technologies.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking.
  • Experience working with end-user or developer communities.
