Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to members and patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
    • Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Manage the flow of patients through the clinic, ensuring efficient and organized check-in and check-out processes.
    • Process payments, handle membership sales, and maintain accurate records.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Participate in marketing and sales initiatives to attract new patients and promote our services.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing patients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements
