Job Title: Agriculture Sales Representative

We're a leading family-owned retail seed company, and we're looking for a talented sales professional to join our team. As an Agriculture Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate value to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Ag Economics, Marketing, or Sales
  • 10+ years of experience in an agriculture-related field
  • CCA certification desirable
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds unassisted
