Territory Sales Representative

Southeastern Equipment is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow our territory in the Indianapolis, IN area. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from your location while actively engaging with customers in your territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Work closely with and report directly to the Regional Sales Manager to develop new growth strategies.
- Represent and promote Southeastern Equipment's diverse range of equipment and attachments.
- 1st Year Sales Volume: $1 million
- 5th Year Sales Target: $6 million
- Proven CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.
- Experience with equipment in agriculture, earthmoving, aerial, and industrial sectors.
- Post high school education preferred (2 or 4-year degree or a combination of education and experience).
- Physical ability to sit, stand, pull, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs with/without assistance.
- Valid, unrestricted, and unrevoked driver's license.
- Strong growth mindset, motivation, and drive to take complete ownership over the territory.
- Total Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000 per year, including a competitive base salary and commission based on sales performance.
- Commission Structure: Based on achieving sales volume and margin attainment between $1 million to $5 million.
