Job Title: Senior Equipment Sales Representative

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a highly skilled Senior Equipment Sales Representative to oversee and maintain large customer accounts and to coach/mentor other Ag Equipment Sales Representatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a minimum sales volume of $20M annually
  • Coach and mentor other Ag Equipment Sales Representatives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced business environment
Requirements:
  • 4-year degree preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of recent sales experience
  • High-level account management experience
  • Strong sales leadership skill set
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
