Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Triangle Fastener Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships to drive sales and revenue growth.

Job Summary:

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for:

  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Nurturing and maintaining existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Responsibilities:

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for:

  • Conducting regular sales calls and meetings with customers and prospects to discuss sales opportunities and provide product information
  • Developing and maintaining accurate customer records and sales data to inform sales strategies and decisions
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies and decisions
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of prior experience in outside sales or a related field
  • 5+ years of prior experience in construction product sales
  • An Associate degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent level of prior relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel regularly, including overnight travel
