This is a remote position that offers a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company, Veryplants Inc., as a Business Development and Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and managing key accounts to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets with uncapped commission and bonuses for surpassing key milestones.
- Identify and secure new B2B clients within the US and Canada, focusing on wholesale opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly, and develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a preference for candidates with experience in horticulture, agriculture, or retail industries.
- Proven track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proactive and able to take initiative in a startup environment with evolving management structures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Base salary of $40,000 USD per year.
- Uncapped commission of up to 10% on gross sales.
- Performance-based bonuses for achieving key sales milestones.
