About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FoLix Sales Manager to join our team at Lumenis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business-to-business sales of our FoLix product, expanding sales, and building a pipeline for new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations tailored to the specific needs of each business client.
  • Develop quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans designed to maximize customer relationships and improve face-to-face selling time in assigned territory.
  • Develop pipeline, ensure pipeline progression, conduct on-site visits, and cold calling.
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to plan and execute territory strategies to win account opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in outside business-to-business sales or outside capital device sales.
  • Demonstrated/proven track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • A valid driver's license.
