Grievance and Appeals Coordinator position available with a leading Healthcare Corporation.

Key Features:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with staggered shifts)
  • Initial remote work with future transition to office-based role

  • Compensation: $22 per hour

Role Overview:

  • Engage with members to address their concerns
  • Thoroughly document, investigate, and draft written responses for members
  • Prepare formal correspondence for review and approval

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma is mandatory
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the healthcare sector
  • Consistent attendance is essential
  • Strong analytical and investigative abilities
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in written analysis and critical thinking

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Grievance and Appeals processes is advantageous
  • Background in medical management, utilization management, or experience in a medical office setting is preferred

This role involves skills in grievance and appeals, utilization management, medical terminology, analysis, research, and healthcare coordination.
