Job Overview

RTA US is seeking a Cost Governance Analyst for a contract role. This position plays a vital role in managing financial oversight and ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial operations related to service providers, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, invoice processing, and budget forecasting.
  • Facilitate regular business review meetings to assess supplier performance and provide updates on financial status.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of commercial contract terms and act as a subject matter expert in interpreting these terms.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate performance and ensure compliance with stakeholder requirements.
  • Assist in the administration of contracts, including managing change orders and purchase order amendments.
  • Collaborate closely with finance teams to align annual budgets and ensure accurate financial close-out processes.
  • Participate in bid reviews for service provider renewals, providing critical analysis of commercial components.
  • Serve as a primary contact for financial inquiries from various departments, including Procurement and Legal.
  • Support the annual commercial audit program, providing necessary analysis and recommendations.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools.
  • Experience in creating dashboards using analytical software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex problems.
  • Experience in supplier relationship management.
  • Familiarity with performance metrics development is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Finance, Accounting, or Engineering.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in analytical or operational roles related to finance or procurement.
  • Ability to interpret standard contract terms applicable to U.S. contracts.
