Position Overview
Are you a skilled Cost Analyst eager to make a significant impact in your field? At Serco North America, we invite you to join our team as a Cost Analyst, where you will play a vital role in supporting our operations.

Key Responsibilities
As a member of our Global Logistics Augmentation and Staff Support (GLASS) team, you will:
  • Develop comprehensive cost proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
  • Prepare and present monthly cost performance evaluations and briefs for client review.
  • Employ analytical methodologies such as linear regression, linear programming, and critical path analysis.
  • Forecast project expenditures by collecting detailed information and compiling data to accurately estimate costs based on specifications.
  • Assess resource requirements for projects, taking into account budgetary limitations and cost estimates.
  • Evaluate necessary materials, labor, equipment, tools, and transportation for accurate estimations.

Qualifications
To excel in this position, you will need:
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • The capability to obtain and maintain a VISA 18.
  • An active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
  • A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • The willingness to travel up to 25%.
