Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Control Cost Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance organization, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to our program managers and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for assigned programs.
  • Perform financial analysis and variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with program managers and cross-functional teams to drive successful program execution and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to program managers and leadership team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including program managers, finance, accounting, contracts, and procurement organizations.
  • Support the development of long-range strategic plans, annual operating plans, and monthly forecasts.
  • Conduct cost, schedule, and contract performance variance analysis.
  • Work closely with program managers, profit center managers, and cost center managers to plan and budget work, track actual incurred spending, and anticipate future spending.
  • Update and maintain projects, work breakdown structures, and network activities in the company's ERP system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Two (2) years progressive experience as a Program Control and/or Financial Analyst.
  • High level proficiency in Excel, as well as good working knowledge of Word, and Power Point.
  • Experience with SAP or related ERP, and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters Degree.
  • Aerospace and Defense Industry experience.
  • Five (5) years progressive experience as a Program Control and/or Financial Analyst.
  • Experience includes budgets and schedules for government contracts, government cost control, financial and variance analyses, and program coordination.
