Position Overview:

This role necessitates a full-time onsite presence. As a key Finance partner to the operational teams, you will provide timely and relevant financial reporting and analysis that facilitates informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Finance liaison to Operating Staff, delivering insightful reporting and analysis.
  • Analyze financial data to drive profitability, identify risks, and propose solutions to business challenges.
  • Ensure accurate accounting entries are processed and reconciled monthly in compliance with corporate policies.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly reports and forecasts that reflect all known changes in cost drivers.
  • Support various departments in achieving cost targets by providing precise and timely data.
  • Conduct special studies and business cases as needed, offering financial insights and decision support.
  • Identify and rectify data inconsistencies, solve complex problems, and innovate new analytical methods.
  • Promote continuous improvement and innovation in processes and data analytics.
  • Maintain robust internal controls and uphold fiduciary responsibilities across all plant activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and cultivate strong relationships with business partners.
  • Develop a deep understanding of corporate policies and procedures.
  • Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth through skill development and networking.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional relationship building.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Integrity and strong character.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with SAP, Hyperion, or similar financial tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
  • Capacity to analyze large data sets for decision-making and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
