The Lead Financial Systems Engineer position is vital for enhancing Moody's financial systems framework, spearheading OneStream initiatives, and crafting innovative solutions to address our intricate financial modeling requirements.

Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the refinement of OneStream's comprehensive architectural design for seamless data integration and peak performance.
- Direct OneStream projects from inception to completion, following best practices in project management methodologies.
- Establish and uphold effective metadata governance protocols within OneStream, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives.
- Design and execute OneStream functionalities and enhancements to elevate user experience and facilitate change management for increased user engagement.
- Prepare thorough design and training documentation to bolster team capabilities and support project testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable, technology-driven solutions for financial planning and reporting.
- Create tailored business rules, advanced cube views, dashboards, and reporting packages to tackle complex financial modeling challenges.
- Diagnose implementation issues, provide ongoing technical support, and assist stakeholder operations.
- Stay updated on and leverage the latest advancements in OneStream technology, including Machine Learning and GenAI.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to convey technical concepts in layman's terms and adjust the level of detail based on the audience.
Scope/Supervision:
Raise concerns to the appropriate management level and keep management informed of activities.
Present management with recommendations for addressing key complex issues.
Maintain an operational efficiency mindset when developing and enhancing financial data models.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Possess OneStream Certified Professional - Lead Architect or Associate in Administration.
- 4+ years of experience in data modeling, financial analysis, and system operations.
- Minimum of 3 full Planning lifecycle implementations with OneStream, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of its EPM architectural platform, security model, calculation functions, and business rules.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing IT projects; familiarity with EPM Cloud tools is advantageous.
- Technical proficiency in SQL, Power BI, AWS architecture and services, Excel, JIRA, and ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in easily understandable terms.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Capable of articulating the significance of technical proficiency in OneStream and related technologies, as well as the ability to collaborate, lead, and innovate within a financial modeling context.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is competitive, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
