Senior Financial Analyst for Manufacturing Operations

MOTREX Co. Ltd is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst specializing in plant operations. This role is pivotal in delivering comprehensive financial insights by aggregating and evaluating key performance metrics.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in crafting financial models and providing analytical support to enhance performance across all manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate, maintain, and disseminate detailed financial reports for internal stakeholders.
- Execute data queries to extract and manipulate information for various projects and analyses.
- Compile and sustain actual financial cost reports.
- Develop, scrutinize, and prepare reports necessary to meet financial objectives.
- Offer financial guidance and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Engage in the month-end closing process and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Support annual physical inventory audits as required.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing business processes and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement improvements.
- Coordinate with Production Control to ensure accuracy and currency of Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Analyze actual labor, material, and overhead costs against standards and budgets, providing explanations for variances.
- Enhance productivity through the development of automated accounting solutions and the coordination of information requirements.
- Assist the plant controller in establishing and maintaining internal controls for operational and financial processes.
- Prepare ad hoc analyses and fulfill other requests from management as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within manufacturing.
- Proficient in managing financial and operational demands.
- Strong grasp of business finance and analytical principles.
- Ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear manner to non-financial stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with JDE, Hyperion Essbase, and Tableau is advantageous.
- Manufacturing experience is essential.
- Willingness to travel to various plants as necessary.
