  • Perform comprehensive underwriting assessments for intricate commercial loan applications, renewals, and modifications.
  • Analyze financial performance and associated risks, generating impartial creditworthiness evaluations.
  • Support loan officers during client interactions and assist with financial documentation.
  • Guide and develop new credit analysts through mentorship.
  • Participate in professional growth and community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) is essential.
  • Familiarity with Commercial & Industrial (C&I) lending is advantageous.
  • A minimum of five years of credit underwriting experience, particularly with complex transactions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance is required.
  • Thorough understanding of banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Previous experience in a banking or financial services environment is mandatory.
