Core Duties:
  • Ensure all essential accounting entries are accurately processed and reconciled monthly, adhering to corporate policies and procedures.
  • Generate monthly comprehensive reports and analyses of actual financial outcomes and forecast developments, reflecting all known cost driver variations.
  • Assist departments and leadership in meeting cost objectives by supplying precise and timely cost driver information.
  • Conduct special studies and business cases as needed, offering financial analysis, consultation, and decision-making support.
  • Identify and rectify inconsistent data, resolve issues, and create innovative analytical methods.
  • Promote continuous improvement and innovation, such as streamlining processes and enhancing data analytics.
  • Maintain robust internal controls and ensure fiduciary responsibility over all plant operations, including support for process risk management and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, fostering strong relationships with business partners.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of corporate policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary for building cross-functional relationships.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • High integrity and strong character.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with SAP, Hyperion, or similar tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously while being accountable for results and managing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Effective organizational and planning skills in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
  • Proficient in solving complex problems with innovative solutions.
  • Adept at processing large volumes of data for decision-making and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles is preferred.
