Act as a financial collaborator with operational teams, delivering timely and pertinent reporting and analysis that facilitates informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all essential accounting entries are executed and reconciled monthly in line with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Generate monthly comprehensive reports and analyses of actual financial outcomes and forecast developments that accurately reflect all known cost driver variations.
  • Offer support, insights, and guidance to departments and leadership in meeting cost objectives by supplying precise and timely cost driver information to other organizational members.
  • Conduct special analyses and business case evaluations as needed, providing financial insights, consultation, and decision-making support.
  • Identify and rectify inconsistent data, troubleshoot issues, and devise innovative analytical methods.
  • Promote continuous improvement and innovation (e.g., streamline processes, enhance data analytics).
  • Maintain robust internal controls and ensure fiduciary responsibility over all plant operations, including support for process risk management, asset protection, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and cultivate strong relationships with business partners.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of corporate and organizational policies and procedures.
  • Actively seek opportunities for professional growth (e.g., acquire new skills, participate in training, network, seek feedback).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary for building cross-functional relationships.
  • Solid business acumen and strategic thought processes.
  • High integrity and strong character.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with SAP, Hyperion, or other financial software.
  • Ability to work autonomously with accountability for outcomes and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Capacity to organize and plan effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Proficiency in solving complex problems with innovative solutions.
  • Aptitude for assimilating large volumes of data and interpreting it for decision-making and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles is preferred.
