Office Administrator

Dynamic Office & Accounting Solutions is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to enhance our operations. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth office functionality.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly demeanor
- Manage incoming calls and route them appropriately
- Coordinate office tasks, including event planning and document management
- Oversee building maintenance requests and related services
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and maintain office aesthetics
- Support the organization of meetings and events, including setup and breakdown
- Assist in managing product orders and liaising with vendors
- Maintain and update databases with accurate information
- Process financial documents such as expense reports and time sheets
- Organize schedules and travel logistics for staff
- High School Diploma or equivalent educational background
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong commitment to customer service and professionalism
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
