Position Overview

The Renée White Team is in search of a diligent and organized Administrative Coordinator to provide essential support to our real estate operations. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a blend of administrative and marketing skills.

Compensation:

$25 - $28 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and replenish office supplies, refreshments, and snacks.
  • Design and prepare marketing materials and mailings for outreach.
  • Compile and distribute various performance reports.
  • Maintain and update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Gather and organize data from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for reporting purposes.
  • Execute data entry tasks as required.
  • Create and modify graphics and promotional materials using design templates.
  • Update our digital newsletter through email marketing platforms.
  • Manage and schedule content across social media channels.
  • Provide backup assistance to the Listing and Transaction Coordinator.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in administrative or marketing support roles is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Google G-Suite, design software, email marketing tools, and social media.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks effectively and adhere to deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
