Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving sales targets and profitability objectives.
  • Engaging with decision-makers and focusing on converting leads into long-term accounts.
  • Identifying and reaching out to potential new clients.
  • Accurately estimating project costs and providing detailed proposals.
  • Creating tailored value propositions that align with customer needs.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Tracking customer data, sales activities, and forecasts using a CRM system.
  • Promoting our commercial services to property managers and facility directors.
  • Networking within local business communities and associations.
  • Analyzing market trends to identify target clients across various sectors.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience in B2B sales across various sectors, including commercial real estate and hospitality.
  • Strong skills in account management and client retention.
  • Desire to work in a values-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and business software.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on profitability.
  • Knowledge of flooring solutions and installation processes is a plus.
