Role Summary:

The Financial Solutions Advisor is tasked with delivering tailored financial guidance and solutions to clients, aiding them in reaching their financial aspirations. Key responsibilities encompass:

  • Assessing client inquiries and directing them to appropriate business partners based on their needs and asset levels.
  • Conducting meetings with clients to evaluate their financial and investment objectives.
  • Formulating comprehensive financial plans and suggesting brokerage products.
  • Continuously enhancing knowledge through required licensing and training.

This role requires compliance with SAFE Act registration, necessitating registration with the federal registry system and maintaining good standing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to outline their short and long-term financial objectives by developing a financial strategy utilizing brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and managed solutions.
  • Propose banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals.
  • Evaluate client requests and refer them to suitable internal service providers.
  • Mitigate risks as part of daily operations.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through referrals or existing clientele.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to referral partners based on insights into client needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possession of Series 7 and 65 licenses (or 63) is mandatory; candidates lacking the 66 license may receive an offer contingent upon passing the exam within 60 days.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is essential.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in the investment sector, with comprehensive knowledge of investment products.
  • At least one year of experience in the financial services industry or a sales environment with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Ability to set and achieve goals, build strong relationships, and collaborate effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with clients confidently.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to navigate complex situations.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in the financial services sector or a sales environment.
  • Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) are advantageous.
  • Possession of insurance licenses is preferred.
