PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND COMPETENCIES
This role is integral to the strategic and operational planning processes at International Executive Service Corps. The incumbent will oversee all financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions and engage in various ad-hoc projects as outlined below.
Collaborates with leadership on the annual budgeting process and the long-term strategic roadmap.
Inputs financial data into the financial management system, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation at month-end and quarter-end.
Creates insightful reports for executive reviews.
Engages in forecasting revenue and expenses.

Tracks compliance with the approved budget across divisions and departments through monthly variance analysis, providing key insights into business and financial outcomes.

Gathers and presents company performance metrics through comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages and presentations.

Demonstrates the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and tasks, thrive under pressure, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and adept multitasking capabilities.
Assists in enhancing the financial management software and its functionalities.
Contributes to process improvements and conducts ad-hoc analyses as required.
Other responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION & TRAINING
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

EXPERIENCE
  • At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, and accounting, including experience with revenue, margin, and expenditure analyses.
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM software solutions, such as NetSuite Financials and/or Host Analytics.

SKILLS
  • Strong understanding and application of financial principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and capability to analyze extensive data from diverse sources.
  • Self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and diligent in reviewing one’s own work.
  • Outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative team player.

Compensation Range:
$90,000 - $130,000 - Final salary will be determined based on experience.
