Business Development Manager

At Blake Smith Staffing, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating outreach to new and existing customers, specifiers, and influencers. This will involve working from Sugar and other sources to coordinate and execute outreach via email, phone, sales literature, presentations, events, and mailings/eblasts. You will also develop and execute outreach to decision makers for each project, coordinating with Account Execs, Sales Engineer(s), Territory Manager, etc. Additionally, you will create customer/specifier profiles and matrices outlining customer relationships, project types, history, key players, etc., and maintain this data in Sugar/CRM system(s).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage specific sales and marketing plans for individual territories, customers, and customer types.
  • Create reports targeting markets and customers.
  • Support internal and external sales reps with data, appointment suggestions, market info, etc.


Requirements:

  • Working with Management to develop business growth planning.
  • Outline and target specific markets, customer types, product types, etc., to achieve sales growth targets.
  • Execute agreed-upon plans through the methods and activities outlined above.
