Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers and end-users.
  • Manage customer deployments, trainings, and support to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Develop proactive programs and product concepts to improve the end-user experience and adoption.
  • Track and monitor customer activities to drive adoption and overall product success.

Requirements:

  • Effective coaching and training techniques.
  • Unparalleled work ethic and customer-focused attitude.
  • Experience leading large group trainings or classes.
  • Experience developing customer adoption methods and techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with demonstrated communication and public speaking skills.
  • Strong listening, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
