Customer Success Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Automata LLC. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our customers achieve their goals with our LINQ platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer projects from contract signature to successful handover to field services.
- Maintain multiple customers and projects at various stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Support customer stakeholders and represent them internally at Automata.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, post-sales, or adjacent customer-facing roles, preferably in the biotech space.
- Prior experience with project management tools such as Asana or Jira.
- Demonstrated success in understanding technical and scientific challenges and effectively communicating a path forward to project stakeholders.
- Stakeholder management at a senior level.
- Experience in start-up environments.
- Located in Greater Boston (US HQ) with willingness to travel as needed.
