The Technical Project Manager role at InterSystems is a critical position that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall success of the implementation, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software implementation projects, with a proven track record of delivering results within project-driven timelines. They will be comfortable working as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A good understanding of InterSystems technology is a bonus, but not essential.

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Defining project strategy and scope
  • Coordinating all steps and tasks in the project
  • Ensuring on-time completion of all aspects
  • Managing project budget and P&L
  • Producing regular project reports and management updates
  • Managing lessons learned activities
  • Working with the ISC Solution Architect/Tech Lead and the implementation partner to ensure all tasks are included in the project plan

The Technical Project Manager will be a key member of the project team, working closely with the customer executive team and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the project. They will be responsible for maintaining a positive and proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
