Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our team. As a key member of our partnership development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a network of top-tier academic and clinical collaborators focused on neurodegenerative research.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curate and maintain a network of top-tier academic and clinical collaborators focused on neurodegenerative research.
  • Collaborate with our CEO to identify and secure partnerships with research institutions, biotech/pharmaceutical companies, and commercial providers.
  • Source biological data and patient samples through partnerships, grants, commercial providers, and innovative strategies to support our research initiatives.
  • Explore and secure grants and funding opportunities to support our research initiatives, including managing reporting & budgets.
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of short-, medium-, and long-term strategic initiatives that align with cfdx's mission and goals.
  • Initiate, manage, and be accountable for projects stemming from partnerships by engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring effective execution and successful outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience sourcing and building productive strategic partnerships in biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries in both the US and the UK.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects with large budgets up to £30M.
  • Strong network within the academic and clinical research communities, especially in the neurodegenerative field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive them to successful outcomes.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven capacity for significant personal and professional growth.
