Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized, ambitious self-starter who loves driving high-impact projects. You'll be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our business and competitive landscape, identifying, evaluating, and driving strategic initiatives that align with our goals and strategy. You'll work cross-functionally to accelerate our growth and tackle mission-critical initiatives to enable us to achieve our long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our business and competitive landscape
  • Identify, evaluate, and drive strategic initiatives that align with our goals and strategy
  • Dive into business performance and operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement and work with cross-functional partners to implement solutions
  • Develop robust strategic recommendations based on data analysis, competitive analysis, market trends, and customer needs
  • Leverage qualitative & quantitative insights to drive strategic decision-making with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to build capability to monitor progress against corporate strategy & roadmap
  • Continuously evaluate new market trends and competitive threats to identify opportunities and risks
Requirements
  • Minimum 4+ years of work experience in management consulting or 6+ years of work experience in business operations, corporate strategy, and/or business analytics, MBA or advanced degree nice to have
  • Self-starter who can learn on the fly, manage through ambiguity, and handle multiple priorities
  • Strong business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to look at an issue from multiple angles and think broadly about the big picture
  • Experience with data analysis and developing data-driven solutions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to form effective relationships across all functions and at all levels throughout the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks, develop concrete action plans, and motivate cross-functional partners to execute against them
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully implement new & redesign existing processes at scale
