ABA Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Support Specialist to join our team at Academic and Behavioral Support, LLC.

About the Role

• Provide intensive behavioral intervention services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays.
• Implement treatment plans as designed and trained by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide direct therapy in individual and group sessions.
• Collect accurate data and graphs data as instructed.
• Assist with assessments and maintain client records.
• Maintain dignity and confidentiality for all clients.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities and staff meetings.

Requirements

• High School diploma, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• A minimum of one year's experience working with children with special needs.
• RBT Certification, preferred but will provide training to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to stand and circulate for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to meet State's driving requirements.
• Dependable means of transportation to travel.
• Must pass a criminal history background check.
