As a Retail Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries and provide solutions to enhance their experience with our services.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. You will typically work from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a rotating Saturday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm every 4-6 weeks.
Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position is $19.88. Additionally, a sign-on bonus of $1,000 is available for new hires.
