Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional evenings until 8 PM and Saturday hours as necessary.

Your Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care under the guidance and delegation of the Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician. Collaborate with patients and their families to foster an optimal healing environment.

  • Efficiently prepare examination rooms by organizing necessary equipment and supplies, following established workflows to ready patients for provider evaluations, recording vital signs, verifying health history, and ensuring precise documentation in the EMR.
  • Sanitize examination rooms after each patient visit and maintain adequate supply levels.
  • Respond to patient inquiries, gather medical information, communicate test results, administer medications and vaccinations, prepare sterile environments, and assist with procedures as directed by healthcare providers.
  • Conduct therapeutic treatments, health screenings, specimen collection, Point of Care testing, and assist with splinting or wound care under supervision.
  • React to urgent situations, call for clinical support as needed, and help maintain clinic medications, vaccinations, supplies, and equipment.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant, EMT, LPN, or other equivalent clinical training program
  • 1 Year of relevant experience
