Product Sales - The Sales Representative is responsible for growing Atlas Copco's market share in rotary screw air compressor, centrifugal air compressor, air treatment and nitrogen generation new equipment product lines. They will work closely with a peer aftermarket sales representative to provide high customer satisfaction to clients.

The Sales Representative will manage, call on, and sell products directly to customers in assigned areas and engage in planned prospecting activities to increase the customer base. They will follow up on new leads and referrals, establish rapport through regular contact with existing and new customers, and respond promptly to customer inquiries.

Additional Duties - The Sales Representative will prepare and present quotes, proposals, pricing, and credit terms. They will oversee customer services through quality checks and follow-up to help identify and resolve customer concerns. They will maintain a professional image at all times and enhance division and Company reputation and brand image by consistently working to implement the Company's core values.

Training & Development - The Sales Representative is expected to continuously update their job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, networking, and participating in professional organizations.

Reporting - The Sales Representative will prepare reports as assigned relative to activity, lost orders, closings, follow-up, and performance against budget.

The Sales Representative must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills. They must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, and have proven business analysis skills.

Requirements - The Sales Representative must have a four-year degree in engineering, business, or marketing, or equivalent work experience. They must have 5+ years of direct sales experience or customer service experience, industrial equipment sales preferred. They must be self-directed and utilize the company CRM system to log all sales visits and opportunities promptly and in accordance with company provided targets.
