Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic relationships with customers, and leading our sales efforts in the territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities for growth
  • Provide sales forecasts and recommendations to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and customer profiles
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in the building products industry
  • Proven track record of sales success and growth
  • Strong understanding of the building products industry and sales management experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
