Portfolio Sales Manager - West Territory

At Smartwool, we're seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Sales Manager to join our team in the West Territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and executing our go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct Territory Management: Lead the West Territory through the sell-in and sell-through processes, planning, forecasting, and performing revenue and OPEX plans.
  • Sales Development Analysis: Utilize data analysis to optimize sales processes, enhance customer engagement, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
  • GTM Data Tools: Gather insights, develop informed sales targets, and support sell-in and sell-through strategies for your region and direct agency.
  • Orderbook Management: Monitor and track open orders to ensure optimized fulfillment and delivery to customers.
  • OPEX & Revenue: Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and track fiscal year revenue and expense plans.
  • Consumer Engagement: Provide logistical and administrative support for sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of selling experience
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time
  • Well-organized and responsible, with great skills in problem-solving, communication, and proactive thinking
  • Demonstrated results in executing multiple projects on a seasonal basis
  • A team and customer-first attitude with a high level of dedication
  • Comfort in a digital work environment with proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
