As a Valued Educator, You Will:

  • Guide, mentor, and support less experienced educators in your classroom, modeling effective practices and providing constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience working with children in early childcare settings.
  • High school diploma or GED (for Assistant Educators).
  • Proof of enrollment in an accredited Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in Early Childhood Education or a related field (for Infant/Toddler/2s Educators).
  • NYC Teaching Certification B-2nd (for Certified Preschool Educators).
  • CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
Applicants must meet any applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.
