As a Valued Teacher, Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Guiding, coaching, and mentoring less experienced educators in your classroom; demonstrating effective practices and providing constructive feedback.
  • Overseeing classroom management to ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging educational atmosphere.

  • Supporting the success of your center by collaborating with staff and leadership to meet goals related to enrollment and engagement.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in working with children and early childhood education.
  • High school diploma or GED (for Assistant Teachers).
  • Proof of current enrollment in an accredited Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in Early Childhood Education or a related field (for Infant/Toddler/2s Teacher).
  • NYC Teaching Certification B-2nd (for Certified Preschool Teacher).
  • CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
Applicants must meet any applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.

Compensation: $28.00 per hour
