As a Valued Member of Our Team, You Will:
  • Guide, mentor, and support less experienced educators in your classroom, modeling effective practices and providing constructive feedback.
  • Oversee classroom management, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Act as a role model, fostering a growth mindset to inspire young learners and cultivate a love for education.
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, tailoring your approach to meet the individual needs of Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children.
  • Create a secure and nurturing atmosphere where children can engage in play and learning.
  • Maintain regular communication with parents, sharing updates on their children's experiences and accomplishments through various channels.
  • Contribute to the success of your center by collaborating with staff and leadership to meet enrollment and engagement goals.
  • Build strong relationships with families and colleagues, creating a vibrant environment where play and learning seamlessly integrate.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in working with children and early childhood education.
  • High school diploma or GED (for Assistant Teachers).
  • Proof of current enrollment in an accredited Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in Early Childhood Education or a related field (for Infant/Toddler/2s Teachers).
  • NYC Teaching Certification B-2nd (for Certified Preschool Teachers).
  • CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.

All candidates must meet applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the position.


Compensation: $25.00 per hour
