As a Valued Teacher, Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Mentoring and guiding less experienced educators in your classroom; demonstrating effective practices and providing constructive feedback.
  • Overseeing classroom management to ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning atmosphere.
  • Acting as a role model, fostering a growth mindset to inspire young learners and cultivate a passion for education.
  • Implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, tailored to meet the individual needs of Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children.
  • Creating a secure and supportive environment conducive to play and learning.
  • Maintaining regular communication with families, sharing updates on their children's experiences and achievements through various channels.
  • Contributing to the success of your center by collaborating with staff and leadership to meet enrollment and engagement objectives.
  • Building strong relationships with families and colleagues to create a vibrant environment where learning and play coexist harmoniously.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
  • Proven experience working with children in early childcare settings.
  • High school diploma or GED (for Assistant Teachers).
  • Current enrollment in an accredited Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in Early Childhood Education or a related field (for Infant/Toddler/2s Teachers).
  • NYC Teaching Certification B-2nd (for Certified Preschool Teachers).
  • CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.

All candidates must meet applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the position.


Compensation: $25.00 per hour
