Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Expert to join our team. As a Technical Support Expert, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to technical support requests via telephone, web portal, or email.
  • Provisioning and system setup for new hires.
  • Prioritize incidents and service requests according to defined processes to meet defined SLAs.
Requirements
  • A college diploma or university degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with desktop and server operating systems including Windows 7, Windows 10, Server 2008, Server 2012, Server 2016, and Mac OS.
Estimated Salary

$24-$28 per hour.
