As a Technical Solutions Expert at Pendo, you will collaborate with enterprise, strategic, and at-risk customers as a trusted advisor, leveraging our platform to drive business outcomes. Partnering with us ensures the execution of current and future goals, accelerating return on investment and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a book of business for customers who have purchased TAM Service
  • Stay up-to-date with all Pendo Products and services
  • Foster strong customer relationships at all levels, driving loyalty and retention
  • BUILD STRONG INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO DELIVER CUSTOMER OUTCOMES
  • Provide expert consulting on the Pendo product to deliver measurable customer results
  • Increase ROI for assigned customers through targeted strategies
  • Showcase the value of Pendo through effective communication and partnership
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in technology implementation, technical consulting, or dedicated technical support
  • 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role, preferably with a SaaS B2B company
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage customer relationships and develop strategies to drive success with new technologies
Compensation

The estimated base salary range for this role is $92,000 - 115,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications. The expected salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry.
