Customer Success Leadership Opportunity

At Paychex, we're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to lead our Customer Success team in driving customer retention and growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to meet key operational metrics, including customer satisfaction, retention, cross-sell bookings, upsell bookings, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
