About the Role

Cox Communications is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Retention Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer retention targets
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of sales and customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer retention targets
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
